Who We Are

ESYS Holdings Berhad is a growing Malaysian group with a presence in the construction industry through its subsidiary, ESYS Construction Sdn Bhd (“ECSB”).

Since its establishment in 2013, ECSB has grown from a residential construction contractor in Melaka into a CIDB Grade 7 contractor, with experience spanning residential, commercial and industrial construction, as well as renovation and design-and-build projects.

Through continuous growth, expanding capabilities and a growing project track record, the Group continues to strengthen its position in the construction industry and pursue opportunities across Malaysia.

Edward Sow Yuen Seng

SMP,BCM,PJK (ACCA)

Edward has been involved in ESYS Construction Sdn Bhd (ECSB) since 2012 and has played a key role in driving its growth and strategic development. With a background in accounting and corporate management, he brings extensive experience in business strategy, operations and construction. Under his leadership, ECSB progressed from a CIDB Grade 3 contractor to Grade 7, while expanding its project portfolio and capabilities.

Executive Director

Marina Liaw

PJK (EDHRMD)

Marina has been a director of ESYS Construction Sdn Bhd (ECSB) since 2017 and has played an active role in strengthening the Group’s administrative and human resource functions. With experience in sales, corporate operations and strategic planning, she has contributed to the development of the Group’s internal processes, HR practices and workforce capabilities. She holds an Executive Degree in HR Management and Development from the Chartered Management Institute.

Independent Non-Executive Director

Melvin Tay

Melvin is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya with experience in litigation, corporate and conveyancing matters. He holds a Bachelor of Law from Multimedia University and is the Managing Partner of Melvin Tay & Partners.

Contract Manager

Sarina Binti Abdullah

Sarina has over 15 years of experience in quantity surveying and contract management, covering cost management, tendering, valuations and subcontractor claims. She joined ECSB in 2023 and currently oversees contract and cost management for the Group’s construction projects. She holds a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
